Information and documentation specialist, federal VET diploma – basic vocational training

You get to know the basic activities involvd in information and documentation: selection, ordering, collecting, archiving, cataloging, researching and conveying all kinds of media and information.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- Mental flexibility
- Gifted in languages (both oral and written), command of German or French and English
- Communicative skills
- Highly reliable
- Conscienciousness as regards service
- Keen gift of perception
- Interest in IT and new media.
Deadlines
- Training always begins on 1 August
- The apprenticeship is always published on the job website of the federal administration
Duration, extent of employment
- 3-year apprenticeship, 100% employment incl. attendance of vocational school, external courses and possibly the vocational college in Bern too
Pay
- As 1st year apprentice approx. CHF 770.- brutto/month x 13
- As 2nd year apprentice approx. CHF 950.- brutto/month x 13
- As 3rd year apprentice approx. CHF 1,450.- brutto/month x 13
