Invoice documents now available in swisscovery

From 28 January 2026, private users of the Library Am Guisanplatz BiG will have new access to invoice documents in swisscovery. You can now not only receive your library fee invoices by email as before, but also view and download them directly as PDF files in your swisscovery account. The existing regulations will continue to apply to employees of the federal administration and the army.

The new access to invoice documents will be activated on 28 January 2026. From this date onwards, private users of the Library Am Guisanplatz BiG will be able to view and download their library fee invoices directly in their swisscovery account as PDF files, in addition to receiving them by email. The existing regulations will continue to apply to employees of the Federal Administration and the Armed Forces.

The most important information at a glance

  • Invoices will continue to be sent by email to your registered email address.
  • In addition, from January 28th, 2026, new invoices will be stored in your swisscovery account under ‘My account → Invoices’.
  • This area serves as a document repository. Payment status is not currently displayed.
  • The invoices are visible across institutions, as individual invoices may contain fees from several libraries.

Please ensure that your email address in your swisscovery profile is up to date so that you continue to receive all important communications.
