Extended hours
Starting in June 2026, the Library Am Guisanplatz BiG will extend its hours: The library will now be open Monday through Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm. During these hours, you have free access to the workstations and the current special exhibition. The front desk will continue to be staffed in person during the usual hours: from 8.30am to 11.00am and from 2.00pm to 4.30pm.
Starting in June 2026, the Library Am Guisanplatz BiG will be open Monday through Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm. During these extended hours, the library’s workstations are freely available to you. You can also visit the current special exhibition at any time during these hours.
The opening hours of the front desk remain unchanged: it will continue to be staffed from 8.30am to 11.00am and from 2.00pm to 4.30pm.
