Acquisition suggestions

Is there a publication or digital resource that you think should be added to the Library Am Guisanplatz BiG’s collection? Submit your suggestions here.

You are welcome to suggest publications or e-resources that you think the BiG should purchase. Before submitting your suggestion, please note the following points:

• Check that the resource is not already available or on order in the Alexandria research portal.
• Provide bibliographic details that are as precise as possible.
• If your suggestion fits the BiG’s acquisition profile and there are enough funds available to cover the costs, the BiG will try to purchase the resource.
• If you are registered as a user at the BiG, you can reserve the resource once it has been ordered.

After you have submitted your suggestion, you will generally be informed within a few days whether the BiG can purchase the resource you requested.
